Trusted Elder Law & Asset Protection

At Trusted Elder Law & Asset Protection, we love to protect assets from the government, nursing homes or creditors. You name it; we want to protect it.

Attorney Erich M. Niederlehner, after careful evaluation of where other law firms drop the ball, found and developed trusted Elder Law & Asset Protection.

Services we Provide:

  1. Elder Law – Medicaid Planning & Asset Protection, both pre-planning and crisis planning;
  2. Estate planning for all generations – Wills, Trusts, Durable Power of Attorney, Healthcare Surrogates, Living Will, Preneed Guardian and other essential documents;
  3. Probate;
  4. Placement assistance in nursing home or assisted living facility;
  5. Bankruptcy asset protection services.

We provide elder law nursing home Medicaid planning and assistance to citizens of Florida and Alabama. In addition, we provide estate planning to all generations to help protect assets for the next generation and avoid the expense and time of a probate. If a loved one needs a probate or trust administration, Trusted Elder Law & Asset Protection is here to help. We also are here to protect seniors through bankruptcy asset protection for those dealing with the stress of being on a fixed income with high inflation, eating away at your savings.

To my knowledge, we are the only firm in the area with a Social Worker on staff. This allows our firm to provide placement services for a loved one looking to move into an assisted living or nursing home facility. Even if you do not need asset planning and protection, we can help find you a new home that meets your needs. In most cases, we can get around those waiting lists and find a bed in facilities others just do not have the contacts to find. In addition, even if you do not need placement services, having a Social Worker on staff helps streamline the communication between the nursing home and DCF when the firm is doing Medicaid nursing home planning and asset protection.

When you become a client, you are a client for life. We do not just move on to the next client after your matter is complete. For example, if you are a bankruptcy client, we will work with you after your bankruptcy to help you rebuild and grow your credit score. We check in on your family after placement in a nursing home or assisted living center. We provide learning information through our newsletters, webinars, and mailings. In many cases, we end up helping multiple generations of the same family plan and protect their assets for the future.
