Attorney McNair has been practicing Elder Law since 1998. She is a graduate of Boston College Law School and earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Lawrence University. After graduating from law school, she served as an attorney for the Greater Boston ARC, in the Guardianship program. In 2001, she founded Senior Solutions LLC, Attorneys at Law. She represents clients in the areas of Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning, Probate, and Special Needs Trusts. In addition, she serves as a fiduciary when requested. She frequently speaks to groups on these topics.
She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. In 2008, she was appointed by the Governor as a Public Administrator of Suffolk County. She continues to serve in this role, serving as the administrator of estates with no known heirs. Attorney McNair strives to provide the highest quality work with care and compassion.
