Glen is the founding member of Smith Elder & Business Law, LLC with over 35 years of experience in asset protection.  Glen focues his practice on long-term care, Medicaid and VA Aid and Attendance planning, special needs trusts and planning, and designing comprehensive estate plans.  He received his Juris Doctorate from the  University of Memphis and his Master of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary.  He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Academy of Special Needs Planners, Association of Missouri Mediators, the Missouri Bar, and an accredited Veteran's attorney with the Veterans Administration.  Glen completed Mediation Training for Civil Cases pursuant to Missouri Supreme Court Rule 17 and serves as a neutral mediator in Elder law and care matters.   Glen pastored churches for 19 years and has extensive pastoral experience.
