Jeff Marshall is the founder of Marshall, Parker & Weber, LLC. His principal area of practice is elder law including estate planning, long term care planning, and estate administration. He received his law degree in 1972 from Stanford University.

Attorney Marshall authored the first two editions of the award winning book, Elder Law in Pennsylvania, published PBI Press ( In 2008 he received the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Excellence in Elder Lthe the elderly."

Attorney Marshall is a founder and Past President of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys and past chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Elder Law Committee. A native of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, Attorney Marshall received his college degree in 1967 from Wesleyan University and his law degree from Stanford University Law School in 1972.
