Dave D. Nesbit Esquire

Keystone Elder Law P.C.

Dave Nesbit is the founding attorney of Keystone Elder Law P.C. He and his wife, Marcia, were the primary caregivers for their four parents. The ongoing stress of the caregiving experience was significant. Searching for a better Elder Care model than his family experienced, he came across a style of legal practice which focuses on a relationship-based approach to helping older persons and their families.

Dave has been licensed as an attorney since 1996. Previous professional experience included serving as an officer of a privately held corporation, acting as a real estate broker, developer and asset manager; and administering state and federal housing, redevelopment, and community and economic development programs on a local level in Lancaster County. Dave has a B. A. degree from Wake Forest University, a Master's degree in Public Administration from Penn State University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law.
