Firm Description

We are a small Elder Law and Estate Planning firm in Atlanta, Georgia, and we pride ourselves on our personal service. We strive to give each of our clients the level of care and attention we would want for our own family members.

We assist Clients with Long Term Care Planning, including Medicaid eligibility and asset protection. We create the legal documents necessary for our Clients to designate trusted people to handle their health care and financial decisions in the future if that becomes necessary, and we also help our Clients protect their hard-earned assets and plan for the next generation through the use of Wills and Trusts.

We offer free telephone consultations, so don't hesitate to call us if you have an Elder Law or Estate Planning issue you would like to discuss.
