Attorney Alyssa Monteleon has always been passionate and driven to help others protect the legacy they have spent their lives building. The firm’s mission focuses on a client-centered approach to ensure that all goals, needs and desires are identified and met. Alyssa believes that building relationships based on trust, confidence and mutual respect will help to create an atmosphere that is conducive to achieving the client’s ultimate goals.

Alyssa received her Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Estate Planning & Elder Law from Western New England Law School. In addition to this, Alyssa received her Master of Science in Counseling from Mercy College. Her graduate internship focused on working with young adults with Asperger Syndrome. Prior to practicing law, Alyssa spent over 11 years working in the disaster restoration and property insurance industries. During this time, she has helped many who are in a crisis pick up the pieces and restore their homes and businesses after experiencing a disaster.

Our estate planning and elder law practice aims to provide the most comprehensive services to our clients and their families. We pride ourselve in being able to provide a range of services to our clients, including trusts and estate planning, including long-term care planning; probate and estate administation; trust administration; and guardianship. 

We aim to simplify the complicated process of getting older and take the time to work with our clients to explain the law and how it will affect them and their loved ones. We believe that by doing this, our clients will be empowered to make thoughtful decisions for theirself and loved ones. Ultimately, this will allow us to help them develop and implement a comprehensive estate plan that will provide peace of mind for their future. 

Many times, we find our clients are in the midst of a crisis - whether a loved one is in poor health and needs long term care benefits or is incapacitated and is in need of a guardian or conservator to manage their affairs. Our compassionate staff is well-equipped to handle whatever situation a family may be dealing with.
