Martin Lawyers

Weston Santleben is an Associate Attorney with Martin Lawyers, PLLC's Probate, Estate Planning and Elder Law division. His primary focus is drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, but his practice also includes Medicaid and Special Needs planning, as well as estate probate.

A firm believer in the importance of estate planning for everyone, Weston and the entire team at Martin Lawyers strive to ensure that no matter what their clients need, the entire process is as simple, stress-free and cost effective as possible.

Weston considers Fort Worth his "adopted hometown", having attended college at Texas Christian University, where he received a degree in Philosophy. After graduating from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2017, he returned to Fort Worth to begin his career, and finds motivation in helping families navigate the sometimes overwhelming world of estate planning.

When he isn't helping clients Weston enjoys playing music, camping, and tending to his backyard chicken flock with his fiancée, Samantha.
