Rachel Trafton

Maine Elder Law Firm

Rachel Trafton has been an estate planning and elder law attorney since 2016. She started with the Maine Elder Law Firm even before graduating from law school, and, lucky for us, she decided to spend her career here!

Rachel’s dedication to her clients is inspiring. On occasion, she has hopped on her four-wheeler in mud season to make the first leg of her trek to work. Rachel finds creative solutions to her client’s legal issues, no matter how unique or complex. When you work with Rachel, you get the best combination of smart, compassionate, and a little bit of spunk.

Rachel is a Mainer through and through. This is verified by both her family tree and her impressive collection of buffalo plaid attire. When she’s not practicing as a superstar attorney, Rachel spends her time in Kenduskeag with her husband, Jon, and their moderately-behaved but adorable dog, Duke.
