Phoebe Hall is a highly regarded elder law and estate planning attorney who has been practicing law since 1969. She is a founding partner in the firm of Hall & Hall, PLC. Phoebe Hall is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (Board of Directors), ElderCounsel, The Academy of Special Needs Planners, The Academy of VA Pension Planners, and the American Bar Association Real Estate, Trusts, and Estates Section. She is an accredited Veterans Benefits Attorney. After earning her Bachelors Degree from the University of Delaware, Mrs. Hall received her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University School of Law. Her training has included advanced tax courses at William & Mary Law School. Mrs. Hall participates in various volunteer efforts, including Wills for Seniors, and serving as Co-Chairman for the Alzheimers Reasons to Hope breakfast. She is a supporter of matters related to Autism. Phoebe Hall was honored in 2010 with an Influential Women of Virginia recognition by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. Highly regarded among her peers, Mrs. Hall is a popular speaker and writer, most recently as an advocate for issues affecting the elderly and disabled and their caregivers, including speaking to bar associations, to health care providers, to citizens, including both national and local legal seminars. Phoebe Hall has served as Substitute Judge in Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, Judge Pro Tempore in the Circuit Court, and is a seasoned adviser and attorney.
