Chasity Sharp Grice is a member with Peppel, Grice & Palazzolo, P.C. in Memphis, Tennessee. She is admitted to the Bars of Tennessee (2009) and Texas (2007).  She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and obtained her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, with a concentration in Transactional Tax Planning. 

Chasity began her career at a Certified Public Accounting firm where she focused in estate planning for middle to high net-worth families. Several years later, she opened her own law practice, focusing on probate, estate planning, and family law. In 2015, she joined the firm of Peppel, Gomes & MacIntosh, P.C. where she practices in the areas of estate and trust administration, estate planning, probate litigation and elder law.  In 2017, the firm changed its name to Peppel, Grice & Palazzolo, P.C.

Chasity has previously taught as an adjunct professor in the Legal Studies department at the University of Memphis where she taught family law and estates, trusts, and probate law.  

Chasity is also a member of the Memphis Bar Association's Estate planning and probate section. She is active with the Probate and Estate planning section of the Memphis Bar Association and has previously served as West Tennessee Governor for the Tennessee Bar Association, Young Lawyer’s Division, For many years, she served as the coordinator of the Annual Wills for Heroes clinic, which was responsible for providing free estate planning for hundreds of first responders and their families. Mrs. Grice has just completed her fellowship as a Trusts and Estates fellow of the American Bar Association Real Property Trust & Estate section and now serves as a Young Leader of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.  Additionally, she is the vice chair to the Elder Law and Long-Term Care committee with the American Bar Association's Real Property, Trust and Estates section.

Chasity is regularly appointed by the Probate court judges to serve on probate matters and also occasionally serves as Substitute Judge for the Shelby County Probate Court.
