Firm Description

Every adult needs estate planning. The question is – what kind? Estate planning is not about how much money you have. Estate planning is about protecting what you have for you during your life, and for those you love after you are gone. It ensures that what you have gets to the people you love: when you want it to, the way that you want- allowing you to remain in control. Estate planning can provide protection for your business and your employees. There is a lot of confusion surrounding estate planning and asset protection. We offer free educational workshops: “How To Protect Your “Stuff” In Three Easy Steps,” where you can learn about strategies available to protect you, your family, your “stuff,” and your business in the event that you die or need long-term care.

So, whether you have $40,000.00 or $4,000,000.00, you have worked hard for it. Estate planning can ensure that you maintain control of your assets until you no longer need them and can provide protection of your assets for the future. We offer individual analysis to help you make a plan that accomplishes your goals.
