Attorney Patti Fuller is a Board Certified Specialist in Elder Law by the Florida Bar. She has over 25 years of legal experience and is the founding partner of The Elder Law Center of Kirson & Fuller. She provides legal advice and assistance with Medicaid Planning for Long Term Care, Special Needs Planning, Wills, Trusts, Living Wills, Durable Powers Of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate Designations, Veterans Benefits, Guardianship and Asset Protection.
Patti Fuller earned her undergraduate degree from Boston College and her law degree from St. Johns University, School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York and Florida. She is Co-Chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Orange County Bar Association and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, the Elder Law Section and Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar Association.
