Whitney Wilson has practiced law in Louisville, Kentucky since 2004. She provided and updates its VA Benefits chapter. She also co-authored an article with her law partner, Eileen Walsh, entitled, "Paying for Long Term Care Without Medicaid" to be published by NAELA. Whitney routinely speaks at the local, state and national level on Elder Law topics, including at the KBA, LBA, UK/CLE, and for national legal seminar companies.
