Tim is a partner with the firm and focuses his practice on helping families and businesses with planning and transactional assistance in the areas of Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Probate. Tim is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, and the United States Federal Court, Northern District of Ohio.

The majority of Tim's practice is in Estate Planning (advising clients about, and drafting, wills and trusts) as well as Real Estate and Business. Within those areas, Tim has been spending an increasing amount of his practice engaged in nursing home planning and oil and gas advising. Tim brought 10 years of experience in abstracting and real estate title insurance to the firm and is currently the President of Priority Title Services, our in-house title insurance company.

Tim is a '99 graduate of Central Christian High School in Kidron, Ohio. He did his undergraduate studies at Malone and Kent State Universities where he graduated cum laude in '05. In '08 Tim graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law. During law school, Tim was a certified legal intern at the Stark County Prosecutor's Office and also worked for the Stephen P. Leiby Co. at the law firm of Parker, Leiby, Hanna & Rasnick.

Tim and his wife Kristen, live in Jackson Township with their daughter Lillian. Kristen is also an attorney, are an active part of Dayspring Christian Fellowship. They are the former founders and directors of an inner-city youth center in the City of Canton that was known as Kingdom House Ministries which operated for over ten years. Tim and his wife have a passion for assisting non-profit organizations. Currently Tim sits on the boards for Akron Children's Hospital's Emerging Leaders Board, Akron Children's Hospital's Donor Advisory Board, The Logos Institute, and Second Chance Chaplaincy.
