Michele M. Echols received her Bachelors of Business Administration from Loyola, majoring in accounting and finance (cum laude). She Graduated from Loyola School of Law in New Orleans in 1998. Ms. Echols also holds a Master of Business Administration from Loyola and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida School of Law. Ms. Echols is a Board Certified Tax Law Specialist, Certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization.
Ms. Echols concentrates her practice in the areas of tax, business and estate planning; federal, state and local taxation; IRS representation; trusts, wills, successions and probate; elder law; business transactions; and corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.
Ms. Echols is admitted to practice in all Louisiana courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Louisiana, United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Court of Federal Claims, United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Courts. Ms. Echols is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Greater Covington Bar Association.
Ms. Echols is a Board Certified Tax Law Specialist through the Louisiana State Bar Association.
