Michael A. Jensen MBA, JD
Michael Jensen is an Elder Law Attorney, an active member of the Utah State Bar's Elder Law Section and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He earned his Law Degree, Cum Laude, at Boston College Law School; M.B.A. at Harvard; and B.S. in Physics and Math at the University of Utah, graduating Cum Laude. Mr. Jensens law practice is mainly Elder Law, including contested and uncontested guardianship and conservatorship matters as well as other civil litigation. He has successfully argued on Elder Law and other issues before the Utah Supreme Court and the Utah Court of Appeals. He has also written many articles for the Utah Spirit magazine, and copies of those articles are available under the tab of "Mikes Articles on his website: "utahattorney.com" Mike also served most recently as the President of the Utah Aging Alliance, and he also served a 6-year term as a member of the Board of the Alzheimers Association with one year as its President. He also completed a three-year term as a Director of the Sarah Daft Assisted Living Facility and served as its Vice President.
