Attorney Profile

We spend quality time with our clients so we can understand the clients' situations.

That allows us to give our clients useful information and advise, and that dialogue allows our clients to make well informed decisions.

We advise our clients on their planning options and we assist our clients in  accomplishing their planning goals.

Those goals about always include:
1.   Protecting their loved ones,
2.   Protecting their privacy, and
3.   Protecting their assets (money, investments, land).

In the case of planning for an elderly loved one, our clients' goals typically include:
1.   Providing the necessary care for the elderly loved one,
2.   Keeping the family in control, and
3.   Qualifying the elderly loved one for all available benefits.

Those benefits typically include, Medicaid and Veterans enhanced pension benefits.

On the other side of the coin, we assist families in winding up the affairs of a deceased loved one.  How that process runs is a matter of how the deceased loved one planned during lifetime.

And so our practice comes full circle:
Planning during lifetime,
Protecting elderly loved ones, and
Winding up the affairs of a deceased loved one.

An initial consultation is the perfect way for the prospective client and attorney to:
1.   Meet,
2.   Assess the situation at hand,
3.   Develop a specific strategy to accomplish the specific goals, and
4.   Determine whether or not they want to work toegetner.

We welcome the opportunity to help you and your family make sense out of the fragmented and often confusing rules and regulations that relate to estate planning, estate administration, Probate Court procedures, and providing for an elderly loved one.
