Attorney Philosophy: I chose to work in Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, and Disability because I enjoy working with people. My goal is to address your legal concerns in a friendly, effective, and supportive manner, explaining the issues and options in an easy to understand way so you can make informed decisions. I understand your concerns and can apply my deep understanding of the law to help you and your family to overcome obstacles that prevent you from moving forward.
Additional Information: After graduating from Boston College Law School in the top 15% of the class, I served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts from 1992 to 1993. I became licensed as an attorney in 1994 and established Hope Elder Law in 2003. I regularly attend educational programs to stay current in legal issues. I am a member of both the Massachusetts and National Chapters of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and of the Massachusetts Guardianship Association.
