Jeff Fleming founded Fleming Law Office, PLLC and concentrates his law practice in the areas of elder law, wills and trusts, estate planning, asset protection, and estate and trust administration.  Jeff co-authored a book titled "Guiding Those Left Behind in Pennsylvania" published in 2006, and his estate planning articles have been published in a number of magazines and newspapers across the country.  He is the former video host of the ElderCareChannel.com for Central Pennsylvania and he served as the lead instructor for the Society of Certified Retirement Financial Advisors.

Jeff is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a former member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, an organization which promotes and fosters excellence in estate planning. He was a charter member of the Society for Certified Retirement Financial Advisors and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table. He is a past president of the Blair County Bar Association, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors - Pennsylvania (NAIFA-PA) and the NAIFA-Altoona Area. 

He is the recipient of the County Bar President’s Award by the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the 2013 Keystone Award, the highest honor awarded by NAIFA-Pennsylvania for outstanding dedication, leadership and service to NAIFA at the national, state and local levels.
