MARTIN S. FINN, an attorney and certified public accountant, is Managing Partner of the Firm. His expertise includes personal and corporate tax planning, state and local tax planning and estate and business succession planning including wills and trusts. A major part of Marty's practice involves counseling elderly clients and their families on tax and legal issues such as asset preservation, maximizing wealth, governmental programs (e.g., Medicare and Medicaid) and disability planning including use of durable powers of attorney, living trusts, health care proxies and living wills.

Marty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Siena College, a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
