Lyle McQuinn practices extensively in the areas of Trusts and Estate, Probate, Special Needs Trusts, Medicaid Planning and Charitable Planning. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky and thereafter obtained his Masters in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Florida College of Law. Mr. McQuinn is the chair of the Trusts and Estates practice group for Goeing, Goeing & McQuinn, PLLC.

In addition to addressing the needs of Goeing, Goeing & McQuinn, PLLC’s clients, Mr. McQuinn is a frequent speaker both in the State of Kentucky as well as nationally on estate, trust and charitable planning and has authored numerous articles on these subjects. Mr. McQuinn has been a lecturer on the areas of Trust and Estate planning to other attorneys participating in Continuing Legal Education in the State of Kentucky. Mr. McQuinn on an ongoing basis serves as an advisor to a wide range of individuals and entities such as closely held businesses, colleges and universities.
