Brian received his bachelors degree from St. Louis University in 1989 and has practiced law since 1992, after earning his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Brian opened firm in 1998, with a focus on estate planning and elder law. He is a member of the Illinois and Missouri Bar associations and is licensed in both states. Brian is a member of the National Care Planning Council and The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He was the the president of the Collinsville Area Soccer Association, a not-for-profit children's recreational soccer program, for a number of years and remains active in the organization.
We assist clients in establishing wills, trusts and powers of attorney to guide family members in the event of incapacity or death. We also help clients or children of elderly parents with long-term care planning, guardianship and probate administration. In recent years, the firm has expanded its elder law practice into medicaid planning and special needs planning for disabled beneficiaries.
