Firm Description

Working with lawyers can sometimes feel like walking through a maze.  And some attorneys intentionally complicate legal matters to make clients more dependent on them.

We believe in simplifying legal concepts, not adding unnecessary complications.  Let Orlando lawyer Mary Kaplan be your guide through the legal process, whether you need help with estate planning, probate, guardianship, or Medicaid planning.

Our initial one-half hour consultation is without financial obligation.  Once we have received the signed engagement letter and the necessary retainer, we will begin working on your case.

Call or email us today.  We want you to leave our office relaxed, confident, and happy that you retained us.   At the Law Offices of Mary W. Kaplan, we believe in putting clients first.
