    Harry,

Thank you for your outstanding presentation as part of the Elder Mediation workshop last week. Because I genuinely enjoy learning about various legal topics and about mediation, I attend a lot of CLE and similar seminars. You shone in comparison to many speakers, with a masterful job of presenting complicated material to a group with widely diverse experience in the issues that touch on elder law.

    Best regards,
    Jane

    Estate Planning

Most people think of estate planning as one of those chores they would rather put off - and, unfortunately, many do, until it is too late.

At Margolis & Bloom, we strive to make the process not only as painless as possible but comprehensive so that the final result reflects your wishes and the legacy you hope to leave.

Estate planning involves both planning for management of your assets during your life and for passing your property on to your children or other heirs after your passing, with as few taxes and cost as possible.

With thoughtful estate planning, you can take care of yourself and your loved ones in a way that benefits them for decades to come.

Attorney Margolis is a fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estate Counsel.
