Lawrence A. He is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, an organization approved by the American Bar Association and is a past Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Elder and Disabilities Law Section and a former director of the Arc and PLAN/NJ. Lawrence A. Friedman received the NJSBA Distinguished Legislative Service Award for writing legislation that helps disabled people use special needs trusts to maintain a decent standard of living. He frequently presents programs to teach other lawyers and lay people about developments in elder, disabilities, tax and trusts and estates law and has published many articles on these subjects.
