The Coleman Law Firm, PLLC was established in 1985. The firm limits its practice areas to estate planning, elder law, probate and trust administration and asset protection planning.

Our mission is to help our clients obtain peace of mind by helping them achieve their specific objectives and resolve their concerns regarding the control and protection of their assets while they are alive, and to provide for the efficient transfer of assets during life and at death to their chosen beneficiaries, giving what they have to the people they want to receive it, in the manner they want, and when they want, while minimizing the costs, taxes, and delays associated with that process.

We carefully consider each client's specific needs, objectives, concerns and desires when developing their estate plan, their long term care plan, or their asset protection plan. Each client's plan is designed to deal with that client's needs and concerns, and to achieve that individual client's objectives, goals and desires. We then work with the client to help ensure the plan's various elements are properly implemented by the client so that the objectives of the plan can be realized.
