Susan Shipley

Susan concentrates her practice on elder law, trusts and estate planning, estate administration, guardianship and real estate. She has practiced with a prominent estate planning firm in Boston concentrating her practice in the areas of estate planning and asset protection strategies and she lectures frequently on these topics. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Boston Estate Planning Council and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Susan is also a member of the Smaller Business Association of New England and serves on its Membership Committee. In additon, she is a member of the Planned Giving Committee of the Natick VNA and the Metrowest Alzheimer's Partnership. Susan is listed in the 2009-2010 Edition of the Biltmore Who's Who Registry of Executives and Professionals. Susan holds degrees in law (1986, J.D., Suffolk University Law School); history (B.S., Illinois State University and M.A.T., concentration in history, Brown University) and libray science (M.L.S., Simmons College).
