In May 2000, Mr. Clofine became the 6th Pennsylvania attorney to be Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF). NELF is the only organization accredited by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to offer a certification in elder law. As of July 2005, there are fewer than a 30 Pennsylvania attorneys who have received this certification. Mr. Clofine has been quoted and mentioned by USA Today, Money Magazine, Kiplingers Personal Finance, Kiplingers Retirement Report, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Personal Wealth Manger, Mutual Fund Magazine and Fortune Magazine in articles dealing with estate planning and elder law.
