Mike is a graduate of DePauw University (1979) and the University of Kentucky College of Law (1982) and is the senior managing partner of SUTTON RANKIN LAW, plc. Mike has advised clients over the years in elder law, estate planning for the elderly, planning for incapacity (powers of attorney and living wills), guardianship, medicaid issues, use of wills and trusts as an effective part of an individual's or couple's estate plan and the use of various differenttypes trusts to meet the needs of the elderly.
