Jacqueline Kelly practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, and estate administration. Jacqueline is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She received her B.A. from Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, and her J.D. from Dickinson Law School of the Pennsylvania State University. While at Dickinson Law School, Attorney Kelly participated in the Elder Law Clinic, including taking a supervisory role in providing legal advice to low income seniors. Attorney Kelly is married and enjoys playing soccer.

Firm Description 

Our firm provides legal advice on Elder Law issues and Estate Planning issues to older persons and their families. Our attorneys are active in the community and serve on the local chapter of the Alzheimer's Board and a number of other organizations which deal with senior and health care issues. The attorneys are frequent faculty members of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and instruct other attorneys throughout the state on the laws, regulations and policies surrounding Elder Law and Estate Planning. Senior associate, Marielle F. Hazen is a certified elder law attorney, certfied by the National Elder Law Foundation. She is the only certifed elder lawyer in the greater Harrisburg Pa area.
