Attorney Profile

Why Estate Planning and Elder Law?  I truly love what I do.  I get to know my clients and learn about their families.  I have seen over and over how hard it is for many families when their loved ones pass away without proper planning, and how challenging it can be for families to pay for nursing home care as they age.  I can really make a difference in people’s lives, and that is incredibly important to me.

Firm Description

As experienced Elder Law and Estate Planning attorneys, we focus on the needs of older adults and disabled people, which needs are different and specialized from many younger people.  We handle a wide range of legal matters affecting seniors and disabled people, including issues related to health care, long term care planning, guardianship, retirement, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran’s Benefits, and other important matters.  We can handle financial and estate planning matters and also take care of day-to-day issues that affect care, such as assisted living and benefits planning.  We are experienced helping people deal with sensitive emotional and physical situations.
