Brian Wade grew up on Long Island, NY, and came to South Carolina for college and law school, both at the University of South Carolina. Admitted to the bar in 1978, he practiced law in Columbia, SC until 1986, when he moved to the Grand Strand area. Brian has maintained a general law practice including many areas of the law, including real estate, personal injury, divorce, corporate and business law, bankruptcy and debt collection, Wills and Probate, giving him a diverse background for his current focus on elder law.
After getting more and more inquiries about issues affecting retirees and the elderly, Brian joined the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys in order to gain the knowledge and resources to be on the cutting edge of being able to provide specialized and affordable services to these clients.
Firm Description
We are a small firm located at the South end of Murrells Inlet, SC, primarily serving Horry and Georgetown Counties, although with internet technology we can serve clients all over the state of South Carolina. Our practice includes real estate, business/corporate work and personal injury, but we are focusing on the growing need for services for senior citizens, those who look after their interests, and anyone planning for a future after retirement. This includes Wills and estate planning, disability and special needs planning, medicaid qualification, guardianships and probate estates.
