KELLY S. DAVIS is an elder law attorney with over twenty years experience dealing with the legal issues that concern the elderly, the disabled and their families. A frequent public speaker on topics relating to Medicaid, estate planning, and insurance, Mr. Davis has presented programs for AARP chapters, the ARC of Wyoming, Wyoming Department of Health Acquired Brain Injury Conference, the Wyoming Alliance for the Mentally Ill, the American Cancer Society, and other groups. He has written for the Wyoming Lawyer (the Wyoming Bar Association's journal) concerning elder law issues and has taught continuing education classes about Medicaid and estate planning for lawyers, accountants, insurance agents, nursing home administrators, and other professionals dealing with estate planning and the senior community.
Raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Mr. Davis is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma (BA English, 1976) and the University of Wyoming College of Law (JD, 1979). Mr. Davis is a former Deputy Insurance Commissioner for the State of Wyoming and is a member of the Trust Special Interest Group of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Wyoming State Bar Elder Law and Disability Section.
