Attorney Joe Tiboni, an ElderLawAnswers member in New Providence, N.J., tells host Harry Margolis how he came to co-write the story for the newly released film "Win Win," which stars Paul Giamatti as a struggling elder law attorney who makes a questionable decision in order to bring in some extra cash. The film opened in New York and Los Angeles on March 18, 2011, and was scheduled for nationwide release in mid-April.
