This is a question that I am hoping someone can provide the answer to.

If the person is under the guardianship of Commission on Aging and the court appointed an attorney guardian of property, when that person dies, what happens to that person's finances and property if there is no will?

The property passes under state law, usually to the closest relatives, also known as the "next of kin."
