I am taking care of my mother and was told by my other bother and sister that I can have a life time right there. But my mother has it in her will that the place is to be sold at her death. What can or what do I need to do to be sure I can have a life time right there. I live in state of South Carolina. My mother made my brother ex. over of her will.
