The other policy continued to deduct premiums from his checking account for over a year untill myself as the POA discovered it while filing paper work for my mom for long term care for dementia. I feel he should be refunded... I do not know who to direct this to. I feel he has been abused as an elder. He is on a very low income as he has not been allowed much of her ss since long term care started.<P>rap
