Qualifications

All attoneys listed must:

Be licenced and insured
Be in good standing with their local bar association
Have at least three years of experience practicing elder law, or receive an exception from this requirement from the site administrator. ElderLawAnswers will be seeking feedback from consumers and retains the right to terminate members based on consumer complaints.
